She blends Pilates, yoga, breathwork, fascia-based movement, flexibility training, and strength strategies into a modern, integrated method that supports whole-body wellbeing.
With a background in corporate, events, and hospitality, Ana understands the demands of busy professional lives and creates wellbeing solutions that are realistic, engaging, and effective. She works with individuals and organisations through tailored programmes, workplace sessions, and full team retreats.

Registered Nutritional Therapist and Fertility Awareness Advisor
Celine is a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Fertility Awareness Advisor specialising in hormonal balance, fertility, and menstrual health across all life stages—from first periods to perimenopause and beyond. She supports women in understanding their bodies, improving their relationship with food, and creating habits that promote long-term hormonal wellbeing.
At Vitera, Celine provides one-to-one consultations, workshops, and corporate talks on women’s health, covering topics such as cycle awareness, fertility support, energy, digestion, and hormonal resilience. Her approach is grounded in science but delivered with warmth and practicality, helping clients feel informed, empowered, and supported.
