Terms of Service: Vitéra Wellbeing (Vitéra Ltd)

At Vitéra Wellbeing, operated by Vitéra Ltd ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the safety, well-being, and satisfaction of our clients and participants are our top priorities. By participating in any of our services—including in-person or online classes, courses, programs, consultations, workshops, retreats, or corporate sessions—you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Safety & Medical Disclaimer

  • Your Responsibility: Engaging in any physical activity involves inherent risks. While our team provides professional guidance, Vitéra Ltd cannot assume responsibility for injuries that may occur during our sessions.

  • Listen to Your Body: We empower you to prioritize your own safety. If any movement or activity feels uncomfortable or painful, please cease the activity immediately.

  • Medical Consultation: We strongly recommend consulting a qualified medical professional before starting any new physical program, especially if you have chronic pain, pre-existing injuries, or have recently undergone surgery.

2. General Terms of Participation

  • Eligibility: You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and possess the legal capacity to abide by these terms.

  • Medical Clearance: By participating, you represent that you have consulted with a doctor and confirmed that our programs are suitable for your current health status and physical capabilities.

  • Professional Guidance: While our team offers expert instruction, you remain fully responsible for your physical and general well-being when applying these instructions.

  • Adjustments: You agree to adjust your posture, modify movements, or stop any exercise that causes discomfort.

3. International Retreats & Off-site Events

  • Medical Approval for Travel: By booking a retreat, you certify that you have obtained medical clearance from your physician specifically for international travel and the physical activities outlined in the retreat itinerary.

  • Mandatory Travel Insurance: Vitéra Ltd requires all participants to hold valid comprehensive travel insurance. This must cover personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation, and trip cancellation. Vitéra Ltd is not responsible for financial losses resulting from your failure to secure adequate insurance.

  • Travel Documents: It is the participant's sole responsibility to ensure they possess a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity) and any necessary visas or health certifications required by the destination country.

  • Liability Release: Vitéra Ltd acts as an organizer and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers (airlines, hotels, transport) or "Force Majeure" events (weather, strikes, natural disasters).

  • Itinerary Changes: We reserve the right to make professional adjustments to the itinerary (including teachers or workshops) due to safety or logistics. No refunds are provided for minor program adjustments.

  • Code of Conduct: We reserve the right to remove any participant—at their own expense—if their behavior is disruptive or dangerous to the team or other guests.

4. Workshop Policies

  • Workshops: Workshop bookings are non-refundable. You may transfer your spot to another individual with prior written notice to our team.

  • Company Cancellation: If Vitéra Ltd cancels an event due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or credit will be issued.

5. Online Courses & Challenges

  • Access: Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to digital proprietary materials. Therefore, no refunds are available once the course has been accessed.

  • Geographical Limitations: Vitéra Ltd is insured to provide instruction within Europe. Participants accessing our digital content from outside this region do so at their own risk and must ensure compliance with local regulations and medical advice.

6. Corporate Wellness Programs

  • Booking: Contracts are finalized upon written agreement between Vitéra Ltd and the Client.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the session for a full refund.

  • Late Fees: Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours prior will incur a 50% charge. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will be charged at 100%.

7. Retreat Booking & Financials

  • Payment: Full payment or a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.

  • Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the retreat start date will receive a partial refund (total minus the non-refundable deposit). Cancellations made within 30 days of the start date are strictly non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including online programs, videos, and materials created by the Vitéra Ltd team, is protected by intellectual property laws. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, adapt, edit, or share any of our proprietary content with third parties.
