September – The new New Year?
September can be one of the busiest times of the year with people coming back to the office after holidays, overflowing inboxes, the start of the school year, and the never-ending to-do lists. So now that we’re two weeks down, it’s a good time to check in with yourself. How has it been going for you? Are you feeling energised and recharged after the summer or are you already frazzled and longing for a break?
Intuitive movement-just a buzzword?
Intuitive movement is about listening to your body and moving in ways that feel natural, free, and aligned with your needs. It’s not about rigid plans or punishment-based workouts, but about honoring your energy, emotions, and physical sensations. Whether it’s stretching, dancing, or resting, intuitive movement allows you to reconnect with your body without guilt or external pressures.
You don’t need to look a certain way to be strong!
The idea that strength or fitness has a specific "look" is a harmful myth. True strength comes in all shapes and sizes, and it’s about capability, not appearance. From sumo wrestlers to Olympic athletes, real strength is defined by resilience and what your body can do, not by how it looks. Embrace movement that celebrates your body as it is and reclaim the true meaning of strength.
