WINTER WELLBEING RETREAT
13- 15th November, Tipperary
-

MOVE WELL
On this retreat we’ll explore movement that’s deeply connected, personalised and breath-led. Think full body awareness, alignment cues that make sense and deep stretches that feel like a massage. We’ll mix challenge with ease, breath with rest, and help you reconnect with your body in a way that lasts beyond the weekend.
-

SLEEP WELL
This retreat is all about balance. When you’re not in the studio you’ll have plenty of time to relax and just be. Wander through the gardens, read by the fire, or curl up in your cosy room-no pressure, no stress.
Classes start at 9am, and there’s lots of opportunities for movement but you’re never left feeling rushed. There is time for everything.

EAT WELL
All meals are vegetarian, organic, and made with love, with most ingredients coming straight from the Shambally gardens. You’ll eat well, feel good, and never go hungry. Think simple, wholesome dishes that leave you nourished, sated, and ready for whatever the day brings.

Testimonials from November 2025
“I absolutely enjoyed every moment of this weekend, with perfect schedule, gorgeous food and stunning venue. Ana’s attention to details is incredible, she truly cares about everyone and I wish more people could experience days where they can connect with each other, show love to their bodies and leave more grounded and in peace. Can’t wait to join another retreat with Ana!”
— Agne“This Retreat was the perfect way to prepare, mentally and physically, for the upcoming silly season. I felt cared for and minded from the moment I arrived, and left with more energy and a sense of calm and purpose. Ana, aside from her many breath work and movement qualifications, is a natural hostess and curates really special, unique experiences to an incredibly high standard.”
— Claire“A retreat with you is not an indulgence. It feels like a seasonal life essential -- we all needed so much to be seen and held in this safe space of comfort and nourishment. Like we could catch our breaths after racing through the high demands of our daily lives. We all deserve this!”

What makes this retreat different?
Every detail is thoughtfully planned so you can fully relax — from your arrival to your last cup of tea, you’re completely looked after. The schedule is designed for rest as much as movement, with 9am starts and space to enjoy quiet mornings.
The sessions blend myofascial release, yoga, and breath work - all sessions are inclusive, adaptable, and suitable for all bodies and abilities. There’s no talk of weight loss or “earning your rest” , nothing is punishment, everything is optional.
You also have full access to me throughout the weekend for questions, feedback, or one-to-one support. And because I’m a foodie, the vegetarian meals are delicious, satisfying, and designed to bring everyone together around the table.
It’s a weekend that feels personal, nurturing, and restorative — a retreat where you can move, rest, learn, and leave feeling truly good in your body.
